By accessing or using Vouch Inc. ("Vouch") services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and provisions. When using particular services, you are also subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to those services.

Vouch provides identity verification and fraud prevention services through API endpoints and client-side SDKs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.

You agree to strictly abide by the following:

• You will not use the service for any illegal purpose.
• You will not interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to it.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer any part of it.
• Your use will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data-privacy laws.

Your use of the API is subject to rate limits and quotas defined by your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in service degradation or temporary suspension. We reserve the right to enforce these limits to ensure platform stability.

All content on the site -- text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software -- is the property of Vouch or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

In no event shall Vouch be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages -- including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangibles -- resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
